Notice To Contractors
The Corning Union Elementary School District participates in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, which extends the informal bid limits listed in the Public
Contract Code to $220,000. As a requirement for participation in the Act, the District must invite all licensed contractors to submit the name of their firm for inclusion on the Corning Union Elementary list of qualified bidders for the following year.
Please consider this notice of invitation to all licensed contractors to submit the name of their firm for inclusion on the District's list of qualified bidders for the 2025
calendar year.
In order to be included on the bidders' list, the following information is required:
- Company name
- Description of the type of work in which you are currently licensed to do
- Company mailing address
- A phone number at which you may be reached
- Contact person’s e-mail address
- Contact Name
- The class of contractor's license(s) held
- Your contractor license number(s)
- Your DIR Registration number
